10-minute Super Pilates Plank Series

Great workout for your arms, core and shoulders. Playing with different plank alternatives. Planks are great for your full body tone, control, and strength. In this quick workout we only rest in downward facing dog which also gives you a lovely stretch mainly in the legs and chest, but you can come to a child’s pose if needed (in kneeling position, glutes towards your hips knees wide, toes together and arms extended forwards or to the sides) to rest your arms.
