Attention beginners! This workout is ideal for you! During the first minutes I explain you a bit about the Pilates principles and the neutral spine, rib cage and hip placement and stabilisation. It is a slow pace, and short workout to introduce you to Pilates, however I add some alternatives to make the exercise more challenging. This is just a tester as usually Pilates classes are 1-hour long so hope you enjoy and remember I am providing private classes online!
