Pilates foundations Back Strenghtening and Extension Workout 9th April 2020 Ideal for those working from home or spending too much time on the sofa! Posture imbalances occur when we keep our spine out of neutral. This happens when we are sitting and in a slouched position. To counter balance, we need workout the back and core muscles so we learn to sit more upright and we protect our spine. This workout is ideal for a stretch and strenghtening of our back and core.
